We hire Centralized Showing Service (CSS) to schedule the showings for you. As of Jan 1, 2008 this service is provided to all listings on MLS.
Provide you with a website to view your showings & the agent's feedback (through CSS)Changes to MLS (ex: price changes) at no charge
What Do You Do?
- You pay 1.75% commission if you sell it to a buyer who does not have an agent (we handle the transaction for you)
- You pay 4.75% commission if a Realtor® sells it, with 3% going to the buyer's broker & 1.75% to us as the listing broker
